One of the secrets to our success is the stability and longevity of our core key staff, the average length of service, at the time of writing, if now 19 years.

We are all passionately committed to the company and also to delivering the highest level of service possible. We do not have individual sales targets and nobody is on commission, we are therefore not under pressure to sell services just to meet targets.

We treat all of our clients, regardless of size, with the same level of courtesy and commitment and are always willing to go that extra mile to meet the specific individual requirements of the client. Our services are all flexible meaning that we can tailor the service to the needs of the client and are we are not interested in a' stack em high, sell em cheap', or 'one size fits all' approach to business.

Paul Adams and Mike Martin the two founder directors have a pro-active hands-on approach, and both are actively involved in the daily running of the company. ADMAR spends a long time working with new clients in an attempt to fully understand their requirements, and over 80% of requests are from existing clients, our aim has always been to build long term relationships.
