Anti-Social Behaviour Order (Crime and Disorder Act 1998, s1)

In the Lincoln Magistrates Court

Date :  2 June 2006

Defendant : Sophie Adams

Address : ADMAR, Excel House, Millbokk Lane, Wragby, MARKET RASEN, LN8 5AB

On the complaint of all the staff at Admar Limited and the chief executive thereof Mr Biggles Martin

The court found that the defendant acted in the following anti-social manner:

  1. Urinating and defecating other than in a prescribed place, especially in corridors, on pillows, shoes and chair mats
  1. Chewing through various computer cables and thereby causing great stress for Mr Mike Martin
  1. Digging up the patio at Excel House
  1. Repeatedly harassing, molesting and assaulting Mr Biggles Martin
  1. Bullying neighbouring dalmations
  1. Bouncing on MP3 players
  1. Frequently depriving Mr Paul Adams of his much needed sleep
  1. Distracting the staff from their work by ensuring they have to be on constant puppy alert
  1. Generally causing uproar, mayhem and criminal damage

And this order is necessary to protect persons from further anti-social acts by her.

And it is ordered that the defendant Sophie Adams is prohibited from any such further conduct until further order

NOTE : If, without reasonable excuse, the defendant does anything which she is prohibited from doing by this order, she shall be liable on conviction to a term in a behavioural kennels until she grows up and calms down (estimated at 3 years)
