Data is collated from Four reputable sources - The Dun & Bradstreet Business Database, Wegener (previously Market Location), The REaD Group's consumer and SoHo data file and Experian's Business Database. Important: BSF Flags should be used to highlight records which require further investigation -Explain why
Records are allocated one of 8 status codes depending on the reason for the entry.
The cost of the exercise should be self-financing with the exercise being funded by savings in staff time, call costs and production/mailing costs - for this one-off cost you will benefit time after time.
Quality - Information is passed through a number of vigorous quality control processes to qualify for inclusion with the Business Suppression File. This ensures the highest possible level of accuracy and does not rely on any assumed data sources such as unqualified postal returns.
