Converting of Hand-Written or Typed Paper Records to Electronic Format

With over 16 years experience ADMAR can capture data from any typed or hand-written source and convert it to most electronic formats.

Information can be captured from printouts, catalogues, coupons, competition replies and questionnaires.

The captured data can be returned in most commons formats including an Access Database, Excel Spreadsheet, Comma or Tab Delimited ASCII Files and Fixed Field Formats to name but a few. Information can be supplied by e-mail, on CD/DVD on a printout.

All work is captured by trained data-capture staff using sophisticate data-capture routines designed by our company. All projects are overseen by experienced managers and we adopt a 'hands-on' approach with regular customer contact. Client feedback and input is always encouraged.

Process times are agreed upon in consultation with the client, and we will always over-estimate and never under-estimate the time that a project will take. On that basis we can always grantee our return times.
