Bureau Services: At the time of placing the order, or as specified on the contract or standing authority paperwork, ADMAR will clearly state the process time for each project.
Wherever possible we shall process the work on the same working day, or by the next working day.
However, unless ADMAR has advised you in writing guaranteeing a specific date and time when the work will be returned, we can not be held liable for any costs which the client may have incurred, for example booking agency staff, third party resources etc.
