Fax Preference Service Screening

Under the 1999 Data Protection Act it is unlawful to send an unsolicited fax to an Individual, Sole Trader or Partnership without their express permission.

In addition, it is unlawful to send an unsolicited fax to any fax number which appears on the FPS Register

The fine for breaching this legislation is £5000 per fax.

The annual cost of purchasing the FPS Register is £2,710 per year, but ADMAR will take your data and match it against the Fax Preference Service Register from as little 1p per check.

Returned files can be customised to your requirements - we can either return your entire dataset with flags appended, remove matched records, put the matches into a separate file or return just the positive matches.
