Users should note that we operate a fair use policy and excessive use or downloading may result in the service being temporarily or permanently suspended.

A record is kept of the connecting device and a log is retained by the ISP of which sites are visited. The user should ensure that no illegal or copyright material is downloaded using this service and the user agrees to indemnify ADMAR against all costs, whether actual or compensatory incurred as a result of their misuse of the service.

Purchase Details

If a client has hired a conference or meeting room, access to our HotSpot is free of charge for the duration of their stay. Otherwise access to the internet will not be available until a payment has been made by either credit/debit card or PayPal. The clock will start from the first time the login is used after the payment has been taken and will continue to run until the number of minutes purchased has expired.

To clarify, if you purchase one hour of credit and log on at 1.30pm you will be able to access the internet until 2.30pm. If you log off for 10 minutes during this time the clock will continue to count down, you can log in again as many times as you wish up until 2.30pm.

The login and password are designed for the sole use of the person purchasing the credits, multiple logins from different devices at the same time will not be authorised.

General Terms

No part of this agreement shall confer nor be intended to confer a benefit on any third party for the purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or any other purpose.

Excusable Events: ADMAR will not be liable to the Client for any breach of these terms and conditions or failure on ADMAR's part to perform any obligation as a result of technical problems (e.g. mechanical failure) relating to the services, Acts of God, governmental control, restrictions or prohibitions or any other government act or omission whether local or national, act or default of any supplier agent or subcontractor, industrial dispute of any kind or any other similar or dissimilar cause beyond ADMAR's control.

Entire Agreement: The terms and conditions within this document constitute the entire agreement between ADMAR and the client, and supersedes all previous correspondence and agreements.
