Excel House is located conveniently on the A158 midway between Lincoln and Horncastle. We are just 20 minutes outside of Lincoln and being located in the village of Wragby are within easy reach of Market Rasen and Louth.

Our ‘Amber Room’ can hold up to a maximum of 10 people in a boardroom layout and 15 people using a theatre layout.

In addition to being housed in a modern, clean and well appointed office, clients also have access, weather permitting, to our outside patio area. This can be used just for rest breaks or booked for the entire day.

Excel House has an impressive half acre of garden which can be used for many purposes.

Unusually Excel House also has two resident dogs, two soppy Labradors called Biggles and Sophie. They will remain in a separate office during your stay, however, at no extra charge you are welcome to stroke, play or talk with them – you would be amazed at what brilliant ice breakers and stress relievers they are.
