Police Force Crime Confidence Surveys

Whilst it is no longer a requirement for all UK Police Forces to perform Crime Confidence Surveys many are finding that by performing surveys they are able to identify issues facing communities, and to gauge whether they are actually meeting the expectations of the communities which they serve. These surveys identify areas of concern and act as signposts on how to improve the delivery of services.
For many years ADMAR have been supplying both Random and Profiled Data to a number of UK Police Authorities to assist in their Victim, and Crime Confidence surveys. Forces use the data for Postal Questionnaires, some Constabularies for Telephone Interviews and other Authorities for calling to arrange Face to Face Interviews.
In addition to using the data to comply with government targets, selected forces gain additional value from the data by selecting respondents within specific BCU, CDRP or NPT areas and by ADMAR supplying a representative sample of the macro, or micro community (using profiles such as age, gender, employment status, Mosaic Code etc) they identify local issues which is invaluable feedback for the local neighbourhood policing teams.
Regardless of the nature of the campaign ADMAR can fulfil the data requirements of Police Authorities, or their Market Research Agents, and are equally comfortable supplying just a few hundred highly targeted records to thousands of stratified data sample.
Don't take our word for it. This is what one of our Police Authority clients said about ADMAR:-
"We started using Admar as our data supplier in June 2009 when setting-up an ongoing telephone survey process. Since that time they have also provided data for a number of other market research campaigns. From the very outset, what impressed me most about Admar was their desire to fully understand our business requirements. Add to this our experience of a highly personalised, flexible and responsive service and I’m very happy with the effective working relationship we’ve developed."
